The book is a part of a course the Business English and Communication Skills for people who need English in their day-to-day work in international communication. It takes intermediate learners to upper-intermediate level, developing relevant skills through a wide range of communicative activities. Sometimes you will be asked to focus on accuracy, other times on fluency. The presentation sections will give you helpful tips for making effective speeches and delivering them well in mpical professional settings.
